Aguere Chamber Orchestra

The Aguere International Music Festival has in its musical program a space dedicated to training, offering for this third edition courses of instrumental improvement and orchestral conducting. This last speciality will be in charge of the maestro Borja Quintas and will be taught between July 15 and 20 in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Tenerife, Canary Islands.

The Festival offers enrolled students in the conducting course access to its chamber orchestra; The Aguere Chamber Orchestra. With the aim of enriching the directors' experience and their time at The Festival, they will have the opportunity to conduct the orchestra during the training course and at the closing concert of the Festival. Upon completion of the course, Maestro Borja Quintas will select students who will conduct the program for the closing concert.
